Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
All orders that you place with Tigerlily will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Supply of information
Please ensure that information supplied for stationery is in a usable format and accurate to the best of your knowledge, to minimise amendment and reproofing. Information for items needed on the day (Order of Service, Menus, Place Name Cards, Table Plans, Table names/numbers) must be signed off a minimum of 3 weeks before the wedding to guarantee the delivery of the items in time for the wedding.
Initial hard copy proofs are sent for you to check you are happy with colours etc, then PDF proofs will be sent to complete final amends unless specifically requested otherwise, using the wording and layout agreed in your order – please note that you are responsible for checking spellings and grammar, even more important if you have supplied your own wording. Tigerlily wil roughly check wordings but if items are signed off with typos and subsequently printed, Tigerlily takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, they will be charged for. Also note that colour on screen can differ from printed colour and although colours are standardised you should try to see hard samples using the exact colour you require before signing the stationery off for print.
Any changes required to the wording must be emailed or phoned through and the proof rechecked and signed off.
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Tigerlily. All rights reserved. Due to the bespoke nature of the printing small variations in colour may occur. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (for example poems and hymns in your Order of Service or photography/imagery on bespoke stationery) you ask Tigerlily to include in your stationery. Tigerlily does not supply original artwork for printing with other suppliers.
Tigerlily reserves the right to feature your stationery and descriptions of it on promotional material and the Tigerlily website or notonthehighstreet.com, but will never disclose your personal details or wedding details to third parties or online.
Once we have received your order, we aim to get hard copy proofs to you within a week or so. Once approved your finished stationery will be delivered in three weeks, sometimes less. Every effort is made to get orders processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.
The price includes the typesetting, proofs and printing. The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable.
The total sum for your order is due on sign off and before card is ordered to enable us to buy your stock and pay for your delivery.
Delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class Recorded on all orders except for table plans which are sent via courier to the UK and Northern Ireland. The cost of the courier is included in the price of the table plan.
Tigerlily prides itself on exemplary customer service and quality. Every effort is made on Tigerlily’s part to ensure that parcels are sent and delivered safely and on time. If the parcel is delayed or lost Tigerlily will do all possible to locate or replace the stationery and seek compensation itself from the party responsible. If, however, delay or loss of a stationery order results in it being useless for its original purpose Tigerlily accepts no liability for any cost additional to that of replacements. Where Tigerlily performs its obligations to rectify defective/lost orders under this condition you will not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the work done nor will you be entitled to treat delivery thereof as a ground for repudiating the contract, failing to pay for the work or canceling further deliveries. Tigerlily takes no responsibility for damage caused by parcels being left for period of time at Royal Mail sorting offices.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by Royal Mail.
Cancellation of order will be subject to any costs incurred and the full order will be charged if the order has been signed off and printed. Except in cases of a manufacturing defect we do not accept returns of personalised items. We must be notified of defective goods within seven working days. Defective goods must be returned to us by recorded post. We will reimburse postage costs. Upon receipt of defective goods we will contact the customer to arrange a replacement or refund.
Tigerlily shall be under no liability if unable to carry out any order for any reason beyond its reasonable control including (without limiting the foregoing): Act of God; legislation; war; fire; flood; drought; inadequacy or unsuitability of any instructions, electronic file or other data or materials supplied by the customer; failure of power supply; or owing to any inability to procure materials required for the completion of the order.
